Piedmont Area Schools   Piedmont City Schools   The Piedmont city school system provides high quality education to over 1,400 enrolled students. The system consists of four main buildings, each with supporting facilities. Each school is fully accredited, and the system as a whole has been rated as one of the best systems in the state in the area of academics.     There is broad and enthusiastic community support for the schools which can be seen in the financial support, expressions of school spirit, and active parental involvement. Both Anniston and Gadsden are about 25 miles from Piedmont.
